• A randomly generated device ID for guest users, used only to track token usage
• Basic usage data necessary to operate the app

• To provide and operate the app and its AI-powered features
• To store your chats and lenses so you can access them across sessions
• To send transactional emails (such as your magic link login)
• To display advertisements to free users
• To process and manage your subscription through Google Play

Third Parties We Share Data With

We share your data with third-party service providers who help us operate the app, including:

• Cloud storage providers — to securely store your account, chats, lenses, and images

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is stored until you delete your account. Deleting your account from Settings permanently removes all associated data — chats, lenses, images, and account information — from our servers.

Snavio is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we will delete their data.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information through the app.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new policy here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
